8.47am – Warning* song
8.50am - Bell to signal start of instruction
10.30am – Bell to signal first break
10.50am – No bell but children dismissed by teachers to go and play
11.07am – Warning* song
11.10am – Bell to signal start of instruction
1.00pm – Bell to signal second break
1.10pm – No bell, but children dismissed by teachers to go and play
1.37pm – Warning* song
1.40pm – Bell to signal start of instruction
3.00pm - Dismissal bell
Warning* = a warning bell (in this case is a song that is played) gives the children a 'warning' that in 3 minutes class starts (signalled by the traditional sound). This time is referred to as TDL – when the children need to go to the Toilet, get a Drink, and Line up outside their classroom.
The song for the warning bell changes each week. It is chosen by the class who receives the most positive playground behaviour rewards that week.
Parades
The weekly assembly or parade is held on Friday afternoon from 2.40pm–3.00pm, usually in the school hall. Parents are most welcome to attend.
The Music Parade is incorporated into Rewards Day for term 1–3.Running for approximately 30 minutes, it commences at 9.00am.
