This week we had the privilege of working with the Esk SS staff and presenting them with their 2022 data set!
What a celebration it turned into! We certainly didn’t doubt the likelihood of a positive shift in the data, but all targets set by the school team were not only reached, but surpassed. Congratulations!!
Through my Four Dimensions framework, evidence was found in a multitude of teaching practices that are synonymous with a culture for learning.
Well done to the full staff for this outstanding commitment to your school, community and each other.
